Delta en Kayak is a school of paddling that combines the virtues of sport with de exciting connection with nature. 

Green forests, water, sun , in the middle of the huge maze of rivers and islands of the Paraná Delta or through the wide open waters of the Río de la Plata.

Under the guide of experienced instructors Delta en Kayak proposes you to learn kayak paddling easily.

To allow everyone to experience sea kayaking Delta en Kayak offers three kind of different options:  paddling classes, promenades and adventure trips.

Delta en Kayak provides with a complete set of basic elements: single, double or triple kayaks, paddles, neoprene spray skirts, dry bags, and life jackets.

 


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any prior kayaking experience?
No. While we encourage our guests to be in good physical condition, we do not require any prior kayaking experience. We'll teach you the fundamentals before we begin on the first day. Our guides paddle and paddle with you and help you sharpen your skills so you may become a more accomplished kayaker.

We offer half-day and full day sea kayaking tours of Sarmiento, San Antonio y Capitán rivers and its neighboring cays. No previous kayaking experience is necessary, as our professional guides will teach you everything you need to know. Come paddling with us to experience the beauty of the Delta del Paraná and Río de la Plata. We use top-quality Weir touring kayaks. Singles, doubles and triples are available.

Our half day trips are perfect for the beginner, and include complete instruction on the beach and laggon before setting out. We leave from Sarmiento River, paddle along the Gaviota rivers anda Rama Negra and make our first stop at  Paso del Toro Beach where we go for a quick swim and lunch. Next, we paddle the Capitán River. The half day trips run from 10 am-13.30 pm and 2-6 pm daily. The cost of this trip is $50 per person.

Our full day trips are a great way to explore the most remote parts of Paraná de las Palmas, Bajos del Temor and Río de la Plata. The first part of the route is similar to the half-day trip, with stops at El Carajo Beach, Paso del Toro and Capitán River, where we have lunch, then return to Tigre. These trips run from 1-4 daily. The full day trip is $90 per person and includes lunch.

What is the food like?
Our menus are inspired by ethnic foods from the Delta del Paraná  and beyond, featuring the freshest available ingredients. On the inn-to-inn tours, we will dine in island restaurants for breakfast and dinner, and have a picnic lunch.

What equipment do you provide and what do we bring?
We provide all kayaking and camping equipment (Cacique and Doite tents, Fugate pads) as well as all meals. You need to bring only your personal clothing  gear.

How large are the groups?
We try to keep our international groups fairly small in order to give our guests personalized attention. Our maximum group size is twenty guests accompanied by  three o four guides.

How do I sign up?
We require a 50% deposit per person to reserve your space for the Kayaking and Camping Tours. Week and the Inn-to-Inn tours. The balance is due 5 days prior to the trip departure date.
